BERND
Bernd is our first tough boy. Actually the point where everything started.
He can be called as the prize for our fondness of diesel scent and oil stains.
After traveling in the mountains and slopes with
various off-road vehicles, especially Defenders,
Bernd spontaneously appeared and luckily we came across.
Bernd has become a milestone for Crafted Outsiders and our personal lives.
Welcome Bernd. We are glad that you came.
ALBERT
After working as a fire fighter in Germany for a very short period,
Albert headed to Turkey, but couldn't pass the border and stayed in a custom's
warehouse for 25 years. But now! Albert is free.
Mechanically, Albert is almost in factory condition. Every bolt installed years ago
is in it's place. Not a plastic stopper, not a button, not a rubber...
No parts are missing. They are all in place and working well.
Our task is to turn this legendary machine into a legendary travel vehicle and
prepare him for his lucky new owner, respecting it's glorious history.
SYLVESTER
Our Italian friend Sylvester is a 4x4 Iveco Eurocargo 150E18. Just around 40.000 km
on the clock, Syvester was resting in a warehouse and waiting winter to come for his
entire life. Because his job was to clear the snow from sides of the roads.
After his part time working life, he joined the gang to be one of our invincilbe warriors.
Now we are building a tough, big living space and equipping him with sturdy, quality materials to create a valiant expedition vehicle.
Thanks to his long and capable chassis, Sylvester is able to carry an enormous
big habitation box which can contain all necessary equipments and ammenities.
ROBERT
As you can see, we love Defenders. We have done many Defenders for over 20 years. But when we started to dream about Robert, we wanted it to look like none that we've done before.
Our first aim was maximizing a Defender 90 with high level performance and off-road capabilities. On the one hand, we wanted Robert to be an ideal rig for daily use.
We started the job to choose the best engine. We decided on the M57, BMW's flawless, durable and powerful engine which Land Rover used on Range Rovers for a period. We created an agile and practical Defender by adding the automatic gear option to this 200 horsepower.
While doing all these, we did not forget the details. We tried to make every detail, from
the seat seams to the wooden steering wheel, perfect.
Mr. K.
With it's superior off-road capabilities, Unimog is an excellent base rig for an
expedition vehicle. For a compact habitat cabin, it has proper chassis dimensions.
Now, we are building a cabin to this monster, in accordance to his well deserved
fame and capabilities, to turn him into a comfortable traveller.
BRUCE
Bruce is one of the rare examples of his kind. The 4x4 infrastructure we build on
Mitsubishi's strong and solid base knows no obstacles.
4x4 Mitsubishi trucks, which we often see in America, Japan and Australia are very rare
in Turkey and even less to non-existent in Europe. We decided to built our own vehicle
of this size which is very suitable for a 4x4 motorhome. We transformed the standard truck
into an off-road monster that can serve all road conditions by cooperating with
experienced manufacturers.
Bruce will certainly be an indispensable companion for nature lovers with his
many advantages like superior off-road capabilities, spacious and comfortable living space, maneuverability, ease of use...
JAMES

We can say that William is another source of pride for us. Came to us with a clean past,
this beautiful Defender 110 is about to transform into a unique vehicle now...
Of course, we are using BMW's M57 engine again. If you consider the sense of confidence that comes with power, we cannot match any other diesel engine with this capacity to the Defender.
With his solid infrastructure, perfect mechanics, beautiful bodywork and interior design
that captures excellence in details, William is on its way to be a great road rig. Still under construction, William will be at a point level among the Defender 110's when finished.
HENNA
We also ask ourselves from time to time, what this little champion with a huge,
legendary history is doing among our big boys. But we love her so much that
we pay special attention to her.
Focused entirely on 4x4 off-road vehicles, it does not mean that we cannot be
interested in classics that have a privileged place in automotive history like Henna.
